- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Most of our orders ship with UPS/FedEx and can only be shipped at street addresses.
- Orders placed by 12 PM Eastern Standard Time- Ships same day. A tracking number update can take up to 24 hours to update but every effort is made to ship orders the same day. If an order is placed after 12:00 EST on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are not available.
- Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days but it may take longer if the item(s) in your order need to be shipped from different warehouse, in that case, the order should still be delivered in 3 to 5 days. If the item is back-ordered by the time order is processed, you will be notified via email and once the item is back in stock it will ship immediately with no extra charge.
- We may ship the entire order from the same warehouse or your order could be split to ship from different warehouses in order to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
- Most orders above $99 ship free, orders below $99 are still shipped at the same fast shipping method at the flat rate cost of $7.99.
