- If your return is the result of a shipping error on our end, Cure Mart will refund the entire purchase amount and will provide a free return shipping label. If you want to return an item that was not due to our shipping error, then the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Cure Mart is not responsible for re-shipments, specifically if you type in an incorrect address online or if you enter a P.O. Box and your item could not be delivered by UPS/FedEx. (Please read our shipping policy).
- Returns are only allowed within 30 days after delivery.
- Product(s) must be in new, fit to be the offered-for-sale condition. Safety seals cannot be opened or broken.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- If your order(s) shipped for free and you are returning it, we will deduct the original outbound shipping costs from your refund. The minimum outbound shipping cost is $7.99 and it can increase based on the weight of the product(s).
- Some items are non-returnable such as but not limited to: Opened personal care items, DME items such as bedside commodes, wheelchairs, raised toilet seats shower/transfer chairs, anything opened or tried on.
- Return orders are subject to restocking fees.
- Shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
