Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be new, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Safety seals must not be opened or broken.
  • Shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Opened personal-care products
    • Bedside commodes
    • Wheelchairs
    • Raised toilet seats
    • Shower chairs and transfer chairs
    • Products that have been opened, worn, used, or tried on
  • Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Errors

If your return results from a shipping error made by Cure Mart, we will:

  • Refund the full purchase amount; and
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Other Returns

If the return is not due to a shipping error by Cure Mart:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The minimum deduction is $7.99 and may increase depending on the product’s weight.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Cure Mart is not responsible for reshipping an order when:

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address; or
  • The customer provides a P.O. Box address that UPS or FedEx cannot deliver to.
