Shipping policy
Delivery Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Most orders are shipped through UPS or FedEx and require a valid street address.
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time generally ship the same business day. Although every effort is made to ship eligible orders on the same day, tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.
Overnight and Saturday delivery options are currently unavailable.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Delivery may take approximately 3–5 business days when items must be shipped from different warehouses.
If an item becomes back-ordered while your order is being processed, we will notify you by email. The item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, at no additional shipping charge.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Split Shipments
To deliver your products as quickly as possible, we may:
- Ship the entire order from one warehouse; or
- Split the order into separate shipments from different warehouses.
You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Charges
Most eligible orders over $99 receive free standard shipping.
Orders below $99 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99 and are shipped using the same standard shipping service.
