By accessing this website or placing an order with Cure Mart, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Cure Mart does not impose a surcharge for using a credit card.

Customers must provide an accurate billing address, telephone number, and other billing information that matches the information maintained by their card issuer. Incorrect information may delay or prevent order processing.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean that Cure Mart has accepted the order or confirmed an offer to sell.

Cure Mart reserves the right, after receiving an order, to:

• Cancel the order;

• Limit the quantity supplied; or

• Request additional information before processing the order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that Cure Mart cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Multiple-Product Orders

We will make reasonable efforts to ship all available products in an order together. However, products may be shipped separately based on availability or warehouse location.

If an item is back-ordered, the available items may ship first. Customers may request cancellation of an unshipped back-ordered item. If cancellation is possible, the amount paid for that item will be refunded.

Out-of-Stock Products

Most in-stock products ship by the next business day. Occasionally, an ordered product may become unavailable or out of stock, which can delay fulfillment.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when an ordered product is unavailable for immediate shipment.

You may request cancellation before the order has been processed for shipment. Please contact Cure Mart to determine whether cancellation is still possible.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

If a product is displayed at an incorrect price because of a typographical error, technical issue, or incorrect information received from a supplier, Cure Mart may refuse or cancel an order placed at the incorrect price.

This right applies whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, Cure Mart will refund the amount charged for that item.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected where Cure Mart is legally required to do so.

Customers are responsible for any use tax or other tax obligations that apply to a purchase but are not collected during checkout.
